Dear Parents/Guardians,
As you are probably aware, parents will have the choice to send their children back to school again starting on June 2nd. Students will be able to attend two days per week, with classes at or below 50% capacity.
In the next couple of days you will be receiving some sort of communication (email, phone call, etc.) from your child’s teacher. The teacher will be asking you if you are planning on sending your child/children back to school starting June 2nd and if your child will be riding the bus . In order for us to finalize schedules, we need to know this information in a timely manner. Please ensure you have had contact with your student’s teacher by noon on Monday, May 25th, 2020. Please don’t hesitate to contact your teacher if you haven’t heard from them. Any information gathered after May 25th may result in a delay attending in-class sessions.
Another contact will be made next week indicating what days your child will be attending and the protocols that need to be followed when coming to school. Because of our large population, we cannot accommodate requests for specific days. Siblings will attend on the same days. Please do not hesitate to contact your teacher or the school if you have any questions.
Thank you for your understanding and patience with us as we navigate this fast paced transition. Our teachers and support staff are working very hard to create the most welcoming and safe environment for all.
Kind Regards,
Alwin Holland Admin.
