• Lockdown Drill

    Alwin Holland has safety procedures in place so that staff and students know what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency. Fire drills have been practiced for many years. Lockdown drills are relatively new and can cause some anxiety for students.

  • Girls’ Volleyball Tournament on Tuesday, November 22nd

    Good luck to both our our girls’ teams who will be representing Alwin Holland at the District Volleyball tournament on Tuesday, Nov. 22nd at North Peace Secondary School. The tournament will begin at 3:30pm and go until they are finished.

  • Early Dismissal Days Wednesday, Nov. 23 and Thursday, Nov. 24th

    A reminder that students will be finished school at 1:45pm on both Wednesday and Thursday to allow for teachers to conference with parents about their child’s progress this first term.
    Friday, November 25th will be a conference day so there will not be any school for students.

  • Christmas Shopping at our Bazaar on Sunday, Nov. 13 from 10-4pm

    Don’t forget to come and shop at our Bazaar this Sunday from 10-4pm. There will be lots of great items to purchase! Any parents or students that are able to contribute to the PAC bake table would be greatly appreciated and will help to support our school.

  • Halloween Parade at 1:00pm

    We are looking forward to our Halloween parade on Monday, October 31st afternoon at 1:00pm in the gym. Students are asked not to wear their full costumes until after they have eaten lunch so that they won’t be uncomfortable or too hot in the morning,

  • Soccer Tournaments at Alwin Holland

    We are excited to be hosting the boys’ and the girls’ soccer tournaments at Alwin Holland on Friday, September 30th and Saturday, October 1st. The senior boys will play on Friday at 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00pm with a final at 6:10pm.
