We had an awards day ceremony at Alwin Holland, celebrating the accomplishment of several of our students for their great effort at the school. Congratulations to all.

Reminder that this week on Wednesday at 7pm is out PAC AGM . We need to vote on a few things and go over our budget and plan for next year. We also will be voting on some provincial issues.

As part of a fundraiser for B.C. Children’s Hospital, we raised $215. Thanks to those who purchased the pins this year.

Ms. Hong and Mrs. Hollman led the school in recognizing that we, in Canada, use 15 billion plastic bags a year and a bag takes 1000 years to break down, to poisonous chemicals. We are all encouraged to use recyclable cloth bags.
