Materials Pick Up
Staff have been working to safely pack up students’ materials including indoor shoes. In some cases, teachers have shared pictures of items/shoes and have asked you to identify anything belonging to your child so that those items can be packed up as well. We are hoping that parents will not need to make repeated trips to the school. Lost and Found items from before the break are no longer at the school.
Beginning on Tuesday, April 7th, we will have pick up at the gym doors.
There are two outside doors to the gym: parking lot side and tarmac (or portable) side.
We have scheduled pick up by the last name of the student. Do not come early as items will not be in the gym ahead of schedule.
We ask that one adult per family comes to do pick up.
Please do not come if you are unwell or are self-isolating.
Procedure:
- Line up at the appropriate gym door – keep 6 feet away from others
- When it is your turn, give the staff member your child’s/children’s first and last name(s)
- Staff member will find the items and place them on the table
If you are unable to make the scheduled time, we will schedule additional times the following week.
Because we are a large school we are unable to accommodate specific requests.
