With the recent announcement regarding protocols and expectations around the COVID pandemic and K-12 public schools, we will need to finalize start-up procedures. Watch here and/or our Facebook page (Alwin Holland Elementary) for updates regarding September start-up.

We still anticipate beginning with Grades 1-6 on Tuesday, September 7th. It is a short day. Teachers will meet students outside on the field at 8:45 am. Students will be dismissed from the field at 10:50 am.

Kindergarten students have a gradual entry by last name. View the separate post for details.

School supplies have been purchased by the school. You can pay for supplies, student agenda, cultural events and busing later in September. We will let you know when our system is ready to receive payments. If you wish to purchase your own supplies, you will need to wait to see what the classroom teacher needs as each teacher has their own list.

Kindergarten – $45 ($30 for supplies, $10 for cultural events, $5 for busing)
Grades 1 – 5 – $57 ($32 for supplies, $10 for agenda, $10 for cultural events, $5 for busing)
Grade 6 – $87 ($32 for supplies, $30 mandatory i-pad insurance, $10 agenda, $10 cultural events, $5 for busing)

Classes have not been confirmed. We have a significant number of students move in and out over the summer and this affects our configuration. We are unable take requests from parents for the placement of their child(ren).
